Ching Louie is a veteran in the real estate industry accumulating 24 years experience of commercial/residential/land real estate sales and leasing with Coldwell Banker & RE/MAX. Prior to her career in real estate sales, Ching Louie was a successful agent for a property and casualty insurance company, such as Transamerica and Allstate. With both real estate and insurance backgrounds, she brings exceptional knowledge of property values and current market trends to their property management company.
Ron Louie has over 40 years of experience in architecture designs with world recognized architects Barry Burkus and Marshall Lewis. Prior to the inception of LOUIE Properties Inc., Ron had designed, built and managed several properties including apartment buildings; he also served on the board of directors which managed and owned a sizable mixed-use commercial/residential shopping mall. Ron’s role with LOUIE Properties, Inc. is to ensure the property remains in its best physical condition and appearance, by coordinating the maintenance and improvement throughout the management period.
Since inception, Louie Properties, Inc. presently manages 24 properties with 286 individual units throughout Los Angeles County. The current portfolio managed by LOUIE Properties, Inc. includes Mixed-Use Commercial/Residential Building, Shopping Centers, Office Buildings, Apartment Buildings and Homeowners Associations, see attached profile list.
LOUIE Properties, Inc. works hand-in-hand with the property owners customizing their service to each individual property owner’s needs. Each owner receives a fully itemized monthly report and year-end accounting statement with all supporting documentation detailing the expenses and income relevant to the property. All property leases and vendor contracts are reviewed and monitored for timely notification to tenants and owners of any upcoming changes or renewals.
